Blogging And Internet Marketing

When running an business online, blogging can become your best friend. But it also become your biggest enemy as well. The great things about blogging is, it helps you optimize a website, by getting you free traffic, and gives quality traffic of an audience that is interested in “YOU,” or what you have to say. So, how will I run my internet marketing business with blogs?

I am into affiliate marketing, which is a different kind of online marketing than an actual internet business. But they are still ran the same way when it comes to blogs.

What I like to do is connect with people on more of a personal level. You know, let them get to know me. I never try to sell to people. I have found that, people who come to blogs hate to be sold to; I know I do. What people really want is valuable information, they can get out of you. You have to think of it like this, you are there to help them. So when they come to your blog, give your honest but credible opinion about what you are talking about. Your opinion is important. People are more likely to trust you, an individual, than a corporate  blog.

I also do my research before making a blog. If I am focussing on a subject I have very little knowledge about, then I will do some research. You want to back up what you are posting. When people see that you are right, they come back to your blog. You are building report with people each time they come back to your blog. Eventually you can lead them to your website, of the topic they are interested in without selling to them.

My Thoughts For The Holidays

I was thinking about the holidays coming up. With this recession, I thought, will people spend money they don’t have? Great question! I remember last year we could barley buy anything. It will be the same this year.

The only difference is of this year is that I have already taken advantage of good deals. If you want I will show you in a minute where you can save money, and get the gifts for your family or friends.

So what will you guys buy this year? With thanksgiving coming up, you know people will be going ape shit to get everything in site the day after thanksgiving. I hated that! I could never get anything I wanted. I tried the lay-away thing. I just didn’t have the money. I think a lot of people aren’t thinking about shopping online. My Passion!

Who Am I?

Hello, my name is Robert Cook. I would like to share with you who I am, and what my passion is. First, lets get to know me.

I am 26 years, and I am already married with a 2 year old boy. My wife is in nursing school, and I am in Internet Marketing school at Full Sail University, which I will tell why this is important later. I love my little boy, he brings more joy than ever. Of course, with me and my wife both being in school, it gets kind of stressful at times. But it’s all worth it.

I currently Work for Coca-Cola. I hate my job! I’m just being honest. I don’t like to sugar coat things. I never really been that kind of person. Don’t get me wrong, I am a happy person, and I appreciate my job. I have learned through my short 26 years, that to be who you are, you have to be honesty with yourself. I am honest in a respectful way with certain situations. There is a way to mature when being honest and dealing with people.

I also love to go to church. I am a christian, but have been slacking here lately. I think it’s mainly because I have to work on Sunday’s. I can’t let tht be an excuse, though.

My Passion!

I want to tell you what I like to do. What is my passion? Well I live Internet Marketing! Like I said up top, there is reason why I am going to school for Internet Marketing.

You see, before I decided to go back to school, I got into the whole “Home Based Business” deal. The only thing was, I was totally ignorant to what it really took to run a home based business. I thought you could just come in and press a couple of buttons, have some staff help you, follow there “MARKETING” guidelines and you were set. I learned quickly, that you have to know what your doing.

So, eventually I learned some cool stuff. I made some money and helped people along the way, by solving their problems. I found, that I love Internet Marketing! It’s fun to me! But I also figured out how challenging it is. 97% of people fail when trying Internet Marketing. It’s not because most are scams, like you may here. It’s because you have to know how to market! People are making 6-7 figures on the Internet because they know what 97% of people don’t know. I always say, “You don’t know, what you don’t know!”
